RETURNS

They will only be accepted in the event that the product does not conform to the order or has any defects. In this case the return costs will be borne by Everest who will send a courier to collect the item. The return request must be made by email to info@everest.cat and will be accepted indicating the date and time of collection. Once the item has been received in our store, the tare of the product will be checked and the amount paid will be refunded. The client has 14 days to make the corresponding claim to the email info@everest.cat. CHANGES

Changes in sizes, models or colors can be made by email to info@everest.cat. In this case, the customer will pay the amounts of the different transport back and forth.
